We want you to love your Botanicgems jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Policy
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Please include your order number with the return
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at botanicgems2@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange that for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including return shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
Exceptions
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items (including bespoke botanical jewelry made to your specifications), as these are exempt under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the item value may be applied to returned items. This fee covers handling and inspection costs.
Cancellations
As our pieces are handmade to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
